Return Policy

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Perfect Play Home Gardener. We take great pride in the quality of our products, and we want to provide you with excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have purchased from us, we will replace your product in keeping with our Warranty (see below).

Our return policy is as follows:

1)   If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from Perfect Play Home Gardener, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase to:

Returns may be accomplished by filling out the bottom of the original packing slip that came with the order.
Please return the item in its original shipping case.
Ship the item to the return address on the original shipment.

2)   We will replace your product or credit your credit card. Please specify which you prefer.

3)   All returned items must be accompanied with their receipt of purchase. No replacements or refunds will be done without a receipt.

4)   Replacements will be shipped, or a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, within 5-7 days of receipt of a returned product at our company.

5)   All damage and shortage claims should be made within 14 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the shipment. Please email orders@perfectplayhomegardener.com to report damaged goods and to receive a return authorization number.

Perfect Play Home Gardener, Inc. warrants that their product contains the ingredients specified. The Company disclaims any warrant of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

No warranty or representation is made regarding the result to be achieved from using this product in home use. It should be used in accordance with the directions and safe practices. This is a safe product when used as suggested.

The Company’s liability for any remedy for breach of warranty is limited to product replacement or refund of purchase price with receipt. The Company disclaims any remedy for incidental or consequential damages.

Settling of package contents may occur during shipping. The weight of this product can vary with the amount of moisture present when it is manufactured.
